وصف الشركة he Imperial Group Company was founded in 1972 under the name of Saleh M. Al-Aujairy Est. for trading & contracting by a small group of professionals with vast experience in the field of buildings construction and its maintenance. Due to the various successful projects carried out by the company with the Government and private sectors the company became classified by the Central Tendering Committee ( CTC) in the Fourth Category for construction works in 1995. In 1998 the Establishment expanded to become a company with a total Capital of KD 100,000.00 ( US $ 322,000.00 ) The Commercial name of the company was changed to The Imperial Group For General Trading & Contracting Co. ( W.L.L) in year 2002. The Imperial Group Company today has grown and matured into a group of several divisions indulging in other areas of business. 1-The Imperial Group for Restaurants and Hotel Supplies. 2-Building Services Division. 3-The Imperial Group for Environmental pollution Control. This is of course in addition to the existing Construction and Maintenance Division. Each of these divisions is run by professionals with long and recognized experience and knowledge each in his field. The firm has successfully executed many prestigious projects over the years within the borders of the state of Kuwait , whether for the Government Owned Public Sector or the National and International Private Sector. For your review we have included in the next pages a brief description of the different Divisions & their activities illustrated by some of the projects executed and completed by our firm since the early start.
