أفضل 10 مطاعم في العالم

احتل مطعم “نوما” في العاصمة الدانماركية كوبنهاغن المرتبة الأولى على لائحة أفضل المطاعم في العالم. وتضمنت اللائحة أفضل 50 مكانا لتناول الطعام على كوكب الأرض .

وقد تم تسليم الجائزة، في حفل أقيم في وسط العاصمة البريطانية لندن حضره بعض من كبار الطهاة الأشهر في العالم، وسط الهتافات الصاخبة ومشاهد الفرح والتي قد تتناسب مع أجواء الشعور بالحماسة في نهائيات كأس العالم في البرازيل في وقت لاحق خلال العام الحالي.

واحتل “نوما” مرتبة الشرف في لائحة سان بيلليغرينو للجوائز العالمية لأفضل 50 مطعماً، والتي ينظر إليها بمثابة جوائز الأوسكار للطعام المميز. واعلن رئيس الطهاة في “نوما” رينيه ريدزبي وهو يستلم الجائزة إن “الأمر جنوني،” مضيفاً: “شكرا لإيمانكم فينا.”

ورغم أن القائمة حالياً تبلغ عامها الـ12، وتهمين عليها المطاعم الأوروبية، إلا أن هناك جوائز عدة للمطاعم حول العالم، بما فيها أفضل 20 مطعم في آسيا. وضمت عملية التصويت على أفضل المطاعم، أصوات الناخبين والتي تم جمعها من 900 شخصية في سوق صناعة المطاعم حول العالم.

أما لائحة “سان بيلليغرينو” لأفضل 50 مطعماً للعام 2014، فسنعرض من بينها عشرة مطاعم:
