كيفية مراسلة تويتر بالتفصيل حصرياً

ان كنت من مستخدمي تويتر فحتماً قد وجدت مشكلة ما في الاستخدام ، او لديك خطأ ما وتريد ان تخبر ادارة تويتر عن هذا الخطأ لكـي يقوموا بمساعدتك ، لذلك فـ بالتأكيد انت قد سألت هذا السؤال من قبل "كيف اقوم بالتواصل مع تويتر" ، ولعلك لم تجد الاجابة ابداً ، لذلك فهذا الموضوع هو حل لجميع مشاكل تويتر .




في البداية يجب ان نقول بأن تويتر لا يتيح اي وسيلة للاتصال المباشر ، لا يوجد وسيلة يمكنك من خلالها التحدث مباشراً مع ادارة تويتر ، ولكن يوجد مجموعة نماذج اتصال ، كل نموذج من هذه النماذج خاص بمشكلة معينة ، وهذه النماذج موجودة في مركز تويتر للمساعدة (https://support.twitter.com/forms) الخاص بتويتر ، ولكن معظم ان لم يكن كل مستخدمي تويتر لا يعرفون هذه النماذج ، لذلك ففي هذا الموضوع سوف نستعرض جميع هذه النماذج ، مع شرح فيما كل نموذج وفيما يستخدم .


اولاً : قبل البدأ في استعراض هذه النماذج يجب التنبيه ان مشكلتك قد تكون مشكلة عامة ، ويعمل تويتر علي حلها ، لذلك يجب عليك البحث اولاً عن مشكلتك في مركز تويتر للمساعدة (https://support.twitter.com/) ، فان وجدت مشكلتك فانتظر حتي يتم حلها ، وان لم تجد مشكلتك في هذه الصفحة ، فقم بمراسلة تويتر بمشكلتك .





يجب عليك أن تقوم بمراسلة تويتر بـ اللغة الانجليزية ، وان كنت لا تجيد اللغة الانجليزية يمكنك استخدام ترجمة جوجل (http://translate.google.com.eg/?hl=ar&tab=TT) .
