إن مفهوم صدقة الجارية هو العمل الصالح الذي يستمر ويدوم أجره لصاحبها حتي يوم القيامة وينتفع بها الأخرين لفترة طويلة . الصدقة من العبادات التي شرعها المولي عز وجل ولها أجر عظيم في الدنيا والأخرة والصدقة الجارية وسيلة لزيادة حسنات العبد بعد وفاته . فهي الثمار المستمرة التي نجنيها بعد القيام بالعمل الصالح ولا تفيدنا فقط في الدنيا وإنما الأخرة أيضاً لذلك، إستمر في القيام بالأعمال الصالحة التي تستمر لك .


الصدقة الجارية في السنة النبوية :

وقد أوضحت الأحاديث النبوية الشريفة مجموعة من أعمال الصدقة الجارية التي يستمر أجرها بعد وفاة العبد وإليك هذه الأحاديث :
، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : ” إِذَا مَاتَ ابْنُ آدَمَ انْقَطَعَ عَمَلُهُ إِلا مِنْ ثَلاثٍ : مِنْ صَدَقَةٍ جَارِيَةٍ ، أَوْ عِلْمٍ يُنْتَفَعُ بِهِ ، أَوْ وَلَدٍ صَالِحٍ يَدْعُو لَه ُرواه مسلم (1631)
ذكر الإمام النووي تفسير لهذا الحديث أن عمل الميت يتوقف بموته ولكن يتجدد له الثواب بمجموعة من الأعمال وهي ولد صالح يدعو له وعلمه تعلمه وقام بنشره والصدقة الجارية وهي الوقف .

عَنْ ‏ ‏أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ‏ ‏قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ‏ ‏صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: “‏إِنَّ مِمَّا يَلْحَقُ الْمُؤْمِنَ مِنْ عَمَلِهِ وَحَسَنَاتِهِ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهِ عِلْمًا عَلَّمَهُ وَنَشَرَهُ وَوَلَدًا صَالِحًا تَرَكَهُ وَمُصْحَفًا وَرَّثَهُ أَوْ مَسْجِدًا بَنَاهُ أَوْ بَيْتًا لِابْنِ السَّبِيلِ بَنَاهُ أَوْ نَهْرًا أَجْرَاهُ أَوْ صَدَقَةً أَخْرَجَهَا مِنْ مَالِهِ فِي صِحَّتِهِ وَحَيَاتِهِ يَلْحَقُهُ مِنْ بَعْدِ مَوْتِهِ” أخرجه إبن ماجه، (1/88 ، رقم 242) ، قال المنذرى (1/55) : إسناده حسن
عن سعد بن عبادة: أن أمه توفيت وهو غائب فقال: يا رسول الله إن أمي ماتت وأنا غائب فهل ينفعها إن تصدقت عنها فقال: نعم، فقال : أشهدك أن حائطي المخراف صدقة عنها (رواه البخاري برقم 2756).
