اذا كنت تسعي الى تأسيس مشروع استوديو تصوير فوتوغرافي يقدم خدماتة للرجال والسيدات والاطفال والعائلات (جميع الفئات) فعلى الارجح ستواجة منافسة قوية حيث توجد الكثير من الاستوديوهات في اغلب المدن وستحتاج بالطبع الى ان تكون متميزاً بأعمالك واسعارك ومواعيدك وحملاتك الاعلانية وخدماتك بشكل عام لكى تكسب الزبائن وتحافظ عليهم وتحقق ارباحاً كثيرة تضمن لك التطور بالمشروع وتحسين وضعك المعيشي، اما اذا فكرت بشكل مختلف وجعلت مشروعك مخصص او موجة لفئة معينة ولتكن الاطفال فإنك ستهرب من جزئية المنافسة القوية كما ان حملاتك الاعلانية وجهودك التسويقية ستكون مركزة ومحددة اكثر وديكورات الموقع ستكون جاذبة لانتباة واهتمام عملائك المستهدفين وبالتالى ستتمكن من جذب الكثير من العملاء للاستفادة من خدماتك وبالطبع لابد وان تكون اعمالك وخدماتك راقية وعالية الجودة لتلقي رضاهم وبالتالى تحافظ عليهم وتكسبهم كعملاء دائمين.

استوديو تصوير فوتوغرافي

فكرة المشروع:

الفكرة هي عبارة عن تأسيس استوديو تصوير فوتوغرافي صغير مخصص لتصوير الاطفال فقط مع امكانية تصوير حفلات الاطفال والمدارس والاطفال وغيرهم خارج الاستوديو “out door”.

مساحة وموقع المشروع:

يحتاج المشروع الى مساحة لا تقل عن 30 متر مربع بحيث تكون هناك صالة لاستقبال الزبائن وغرفة اخري تستخدم في عمليات التصوير، هذا وبالحديث عن موقع المشروع فيفضل ان يكون في مدينة سكنية ذات مستوى معيشي متوسط او مرتفع وان كانت هناك فرصة للحصول على مكان مناسب بجوار احدى المدارس الدولية او الخاصة او بجوار احد الاندية الاجتماعية او بجوار احدى مدن الملاهي الكبري فهذا سيفيد المشروع حيث يوجد الكثير من الاطفال وبالطبع يمكن تصويرهم وجني الارباح عن طريقهم.

التجهيزات اللازمة:

بالنسبة للصالة فسيت تجهيزها بمقاعد حديثة وذات مظهر لائق وبمكتب خاص بموظف الاستقبال وبجهاز لاب توب حديث لتعديل الصور علية وطابعة حديثة لطباعة الصور عن طريقها وبالطبع يجب عمل بعض الديكورات التى تتماشي من الخدمات المقدمة ونوعية العملاء المستهدفين، وبالنسبة لقاعة التصوير فسيتم تجهيزها بكاميرا حديثة واستاندات وفلاشات وخلفيات وكرسي تصوير.

العمالة المطلوبة للمشروع:

يحتاج المشروع الى مصور محترف ومتمكن من عملة حتى يتمكن من التقاط افضل الصور وبالتالى يرضي الزبائن وكذلك يحتاج الى موظف استقبال ليجلس على المكتب المتواجد في الصالة ويستقبل العملاء ويستضيفهم ويقدم لهم العروض الخاصة بالاستوديو وفي نفس الوقت يجب ان يكون على خبرة ببرامج التعديل على الصور مثل الفوتوشوب وغيرة من البرامج وذلك لكي يعدل الصور التى يلتقطها المصور ومن ثم يقوم بتسليمها للعملاء.

الخامات اللازمة:

ستحتاج الى شراء بعض الخامات بشكل مستمر لتضمن استمرار العمل، وهذة الخامات تتمثل في احبار الطابعة، اوراق للطباعة عليها، البومات واظرف لتعبئة الصور بها ومن ثم تسليمها للاصحابها، دفاتر وصولات بحيث يتم اعطاء كل عميل وصل ليستلم صورة بة.

الدعاية والاعلان:

يمكنك عمل لافتة كبيرة متناسبة مع نوعية العملاء المستهدفين وتعليقها على واجهة الاستوديو وبالطبع سيكون لها دور كبير في جذب عدد كبير من العملاء، كذلك يمكنك عمل صفحات خاصة بإسم الاستوديو على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وعرض الصور والعروض علي تلك الصفحات ومع الوقت سيكثر عدد اعضاء تلك الصفحات، كذلك يمكنك طباعة الدعاية التى تحتوي على الخدمات التى تقدمها وتكليف شاب او صبي بتوزيعها على الاباء والامهات المتواجدين في المناطق القريبة من الاستوديو، هذا ويجب ان تكون اسعارك وخدماتك اكثر من ممتازة لتضمن الاحتفاظ بعملائك الحاليين وتضمن كسب عملاء جدد في المستقبل.
