الحكومة الروسية: بلاتر سيحضر قرعة المونديال

أعلنت الحكومة الروسية مساء الأربعاء أن السويسري جوزيف بلاتر رئيس الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم (فيفا) سيحضر قرعة التصفيات المؤهلة لبطولة كأس العالم 2018 بروسيا والمقرر إجراؤها في مدينة سان بطرسبرج الروسية في 25 يوليو المقبل.

وقال وزير الرياضة الروسي فيتالي موتكو ، في تصريحات نشرتها صحيفة "سبورت إكسبريس" في العاصمة الروسية موسكو :"سيكون (بلاتر) في سان بطرسبرج بالطبع".

ومنذ إعلانه في الثاني من حزيران/يونيو الحالي عن قراره بالاستقالة من رئاسة الفيفا ، لم يغادر بلاتر سويسرا ولم يسافر إلى بطولة كأس العالم للسيدات المقامة حاليا في كندا وكأس العالم للشباب (تحت 20 عاما) التي اختتمت مؤخرا في نيوزيلندا.

وتزايدت الشكوك حول عدم مغادرة بلاتر لسويسرا بسبب التحقيقات الجنائية في فضيحة الفساد التي ضربت الفيفا مؤخرا بعدما تردد أن الاجتماع المقبل للجنة التنفيذية بالفيفا سينعقد في 20 يوليو المقبل بمقر الفيفا في زيوريخ.

وخلال هذا الاجتماع المزمع انعقاده ، ستحدد اللجنة التنفيذية موعد انعقاد الاجتماع الاستثنائي للجمعية العمومية (كونجرس) للفيفا من أجل اختيار خليفة بلاتر.

ومن المنتظر أن ينعقد هذا الاجتماع الاستثنائي لكونجرس الفيفا في الفترة ما بين ديسمبر المقبل ومارس 2016 .

وبعد اجتماع تنفيذية الفيفا في زيوريخ الشهر المقبل ، سيجتمع ممثلو الاتحادات الأهلية الـ209 الأعضاء بالفيفا في سان بطرسبرج.

وقال موتكو :"الاستعدادات تسير طبقا للخطة الموضوعة".
