ما هي الخدمات التي يقدمها الانترنت
شبكة الانترنت تلك الشبكة التي ربطت جميع انحاء العالم ومختلف الافراد من شتى المناطق مع بعضهم البعض، ووفرت لهم سبل الاتصال والتواصل وكمية هائلة من المعرفة والمعلومات وقربت البعيد واختصرت علينا الوقت والجهد والعناء في مختلف ميادين الحياة، ولسنا بمخطئين حين نقول بان العالم اليوم عصبه الانترنت، فمن منا من لا يستخدمه يوميا على الاقل مرة.

فعلياً شبكة الانترنت كانت عبارة عن مشروع يسمى اربانت وهو أحد مشاريع وزارة الدفاع الأمريكية وظهرت في العام 1969، كانت عبارة عن شبكة مصغرة ترتبط بين اقسام ومكاتب ضمن وزراة الدفاع الأمريكية بمناطق جغرافية مختلفة، ومن ثم انطلقت فكرة ربط اجهزة كمبيوتر اكثر وبمناطق جغرافية مختلفة، واستمرت العملية بالتوسع والتطوير الى شملت مناطق جغرافية بعيدة الى ان وصلت الينا بشكلها المتعارف عليه لدى الجميع الا وهو الانترنت.

شبكة الانترنت هي عبارة عن مجموعة شبكات متداخلة مع بعضها البعض، لذلك يطلق عليها اسم الشبكة العنكبوتية، ورافقت عملية التوسع بالمجال الجغرافي، التفكير باستغلال هذه الشبكة لاغراض تخدم البشرية، وكما نعلم اليوم فان الانترنت يوفر لدينا العديد من الخدمات التي لا نكاد نحصيها ونذكر منها التالي:

خدمات الاتصال والتواصل.
خدمات البريد الالكتروني.
خدمات المعرفة والتصفح.
خدمات التخزين.
خدمات الترفيه.
خدمات الكترونية.
خدمات بنكية.
خدمات تجارية.
وتندرج تحت كل خدمة من الخدمات السابقة مجموعة من الخدمات المختلفة، وعلى سبيل المثال لا الحصر، خدمات التخزين، فقد اصبحت العديد من المواقع تسمح لك بتخزين بياناتك لديها وتسمح لك باستخدامها اينما كنت، وتم تطوير هذه الخدمة مؤخرا الى ما يسمى الخدمات السحابية، حيث توفر لك تطبيقات وبرامج مختلفة عن طريق الانترنت كا لو انها على جهازك الشخصي.

ولمدى أهمية الانترنت تم تسخيرها من قبل الحكومات لخدمة شعوبها وهي ما تسمى بالحكومة الالكترونية، حيث توفر الحكومات مجموعة من الخدمات التي تخص افرادها لتسهيل سير العمل لديها واختصاراً للوقت والجهد والتكلفة كذلك.

كما تم تسخيرها ايضاً بالتجارة فتم العمل بما يسمى التجارة الالكترونية التي تسمح للشركات بترويج عن منتجاتها وتوفيرها من خلال شبكة الانترنت للمشترين من كافة انحاء الارض كما انهم اتاحو عملية الدفع الكترونياً كذلك، وتعد هذه الخطوة ايجابية وجاذبة لدى الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة التي تبحث عن فرصة لتسويق نفسها بتكلفة معقولة.

بالنهاية لا يسعنى ان نقول بأن الانترنت بات جزء لا يتجزء من حياتنا.
