وفيني هي مدينة تقع في كرواتيا على البحر الأدرياتيكي الشمالية التي يبلغ عدد سكانها 14294 (اعتبارا من 2011).
تقع على الساحل الغربي من شبه جزيرة استريا، وهي منتجع سياحي شهير وميناء الصيد النشط.

استريوت هي اللغة الرومانسية التي كانت متداولة على نطاق واسع في هذا الجزء من استريا، وما زال يتحدث بها بعض السكان.

روفيني هي واحدة من تسع مستوطنات كما تسمى رسميا البلدات في مقاطعة استريا في غرب كرواتيا.

يتميز مناخ روفيني بانه مناخ البحر الأبيض المتوسط، مع متوسط درجة الحرارة 4.8 درجة مئوية (40.6 درجة فهرنهايت) في يناير و 22.3 درجة مئوية (72.1 درجة فهرنهايت) في يوليو تموز.

ويبلغ متوسط درجة الحرارة السنوي هو 16 درجة مئوية (60.8 درجة فهرنهايت).

درجة حرارة مياه البحر أكثر من 20 ° C (68 ° F) من منتصف يونيو الى سبتمبر، ويبلغ متوسط درجة الحرارة السنوي هو 16.6 البحر ° C (61.9 ° F).

في الفترة من مايو إلى سبتمبر روفيني يتلقى أكثر من 10 ساعات سطوع الشمس في اليوم.

ويتراوح معدل سقوط الأمطار 941 ملم (37.05 في) في السنة، ومتوسط الرطوبة الجوية هو 72 في المئة. الغطاء النباتي هو شبه الاستوائية.

في الأصل كانت شبه الجزيرة على المدينة التي تقع على جزيرة، وفصلها عن البر الرئيسى عن طريق قناة.
وقد شغل هذا الأخير في عام 1763، روفيني أرخبيل يضم 22 جزيرة صغيرة.

في عام 2007 كان هناك 13،562 شخص يعيشون في روفيني.

76.31٪ من الكروات، في حين تشمل الأقليات العرقية الإيطاليون (16٪)، الصرب (3.51٪)، الألبان (2.37٪) والبوشناق (1.81٪).
