لماذا يتم الحظر في الفيس بوك

الفيس بوك (Facebook) هو أشهر موقع للتواصل الإجتماعي في العالم، وقد زاد عدد المشتركين فيه عن 600 مليون مشترك من مُختلف دول العالم. وتقوم شكر الفيس بوك وهي شركة مساهمة عامة بإدارة هذا الموقع، وقد أسس هذا الموقع الرائع مارك زوكربيرغ في عام 2003م وقد كان مُتاحاً حصراً في بدايته على المنتسبين لجامعة هرفرد؛ ثم بدأ في إطلاق موقِعه تدريجياً في بلدان العالم؛ حتى وصل إلى أكبر انتشار عالمي لموقع تواصل إجتماعي. يتواصل الملايين من البشر عبر هذه الموقع عن طريق مشاركة حالاتهم اليومية وصورهم وأماكن توجدهم، فقد جعل الفيس بوك العلم عبارة عن قرية صغيرة؛ يلتقي في العديد من جميع بلدان العالم بدون حواجزٍ ولا قيود.


إنّ أكثر من يُميِّز هذا الموقع للتواصل الإجتماعي؛ هو وجود ضوابط أخلاقية عديدة لديه، فالموقع لا يسمح بنشر الصور المُنافية للأخلاق أو التي تعتدي على الحريات العامة؛ وتمنع كذلك من نشر الصور الإباحية. ولا بدَّ من أن الجميع قد لاحظ أنه لا يسمح بكتابة الفاظ النابية، فهو يستبدل جزءاً كبيراً من الكلمة بعلامة (***) لإخبار كاتبها بأنه يكتب شيئاً نابياً. كما أنه يُتابع الذين يقومون بفتح حسابات وهمية لغرض بيعها أو رفع نسبة المتابعات لحساب ما، وكذلك يُتابع جميع الملاحظات والطلبات التي يُقدِّمها المشتركون بحق الحسابات للتأكد من صِحَّة إدعائهم.


في حال وجدَ القائمون على الموقع أمراً مُخالفاً قام به أحد أصحاب الحسابات؛ فإنه يقوم بإبلاغه بذلك تنبيهاً له بأنه قد ارتكب أمراً مُخالِفاً لاتفاقية الموقع، وإذا لم يتَّعِظ هذا المشترك؛ فيقوم الموقع بحظر حسابه مؤقتاً. ومن هذه الأمور؛ القيام بإرسال طلبات صداقة لعددٍ كثيرٍ من المشتركين في وقتٍ قصير، فهذا يُعطي مؤشِّراً للقائمين على الموقع بأن صاحب هذا الحساب يقوم بإزعاجهم؛ وخصوصاً إذا لم يتم قبول هذه الطلبات. الرسائل البذيئة والتي تحتوي على كلمات عنصرية أو كلمات نابية، فإن قام المستلِم بالإبلاغ عن أن محتويات الرسالة غير لائقة، فيقوم الموقع بالتحقق منها، وإذا تكرَّرت الشكوى على الرسائل يقوم الموقع بحظر الحساب. إذا قام المشترك بوضع صور غير أخلاقية أو إباحية على صفحته وتم الإبلاغ عنها من قِبل مشتركين آخرين؛ فإنه يتم حظر حسابه، إذا قام شخص بعمل حساب يمس فيه شخصية مرموقة أو يزدري به أحد الاديان؛ فإن القائمين على الموقع سيقومون بحضر الحساب نظراً للبلاغات التي تُقدم إليه. الحسابات التي تعرض صور فاصحة للقُصَّر يتم حظرها أيضاً، والحسابات التي تكون بأسماء أُناسٍ معروفين؛ ويكون الحساب مزيَّفاً ولا يمتُّ لهم بِصِلة.


كما رأينا؛ فإنّ أكثر أسباب الحظر تكون بناءاً على امورٍ مُخالفة للأخلاق السوية. وتختلف مدة الحظر بين شخصٍ وآخر، فتبدأ عادة بالحظر لمدة أسبوع من التصرُّف المُخالف مثل حظر خاصية إضافة الأصدقاء، وتزيد المدة بعد ذلك إن استمر المشترك بعمل المخالفة؛ حتى يصل في النهاية إلى إغلاق الحساب بالكامل.
