تناول العشاء مع عائلتك يحمى أولادك من التحرش الالكتروني



العشاء العائلي مفيد للصحة العقلية للمراهقين ويساعد على مكافحة التحرش الإلكترونى
طبقا لدراسة جديدة، فإن عشاء الأسرة المتعارف عليه مفيد للصحة العقلية للمراهقين مساعداً على معالجة مشكلة العنف أوالتحرش الإلكترونى أى المضايقات والإيذاء والسب عبر الإنترنت. يرى باحثون فى كندا أن التواصل الاجتماعى والدعم المعنوى أثناء تناول العشاء الأسري يساعد على حماية المراهقين من المضايقات عبر الإنترنت، وتشير الأرقام التى وجدتها جمعية خيرية للأطفال (NSPCC) أن 38% من الشباب بالمملكة المتحدّة أثر عليهم التحرش الإلكترونى، لذلك دعا أطباء -في وقت سابق من هذا العام- إلى مقاضاة من يقومون بالـتحرش الإلكترونى، حيث أن ادعاء السب عبر الإنترنت أصبح الآن مشكلة أكبر من التحرش أو الايذاء وجهاً لوجه . قامت الدراسة التى نشرتها جريدة (JAMA Pediatrics) بالتقصّي عن أكثر من عشرين ألف مراهق، لقياس الفرق بين التعرض للتحرش عبر الإنترنت والتحرش التقليدي "وجها لوجه"، كما وجّهت للمراهقين أسئلة تتعلق بمشاكل الصحة العقلية كـالاكتئاب، القلق، تعاطى المخدرات، إيذاء النفس، الأفكار الإنتحارية ومحاولات الإنتحار، كما جمع الباحثون أيضاً معلومات عما إذا كان المراهقون منتظمين فى تناول وجبات العشاء العائلية، كانت النتيجة أنهم وجدوا أن المراهقين الذين يعانون من التحرش الإلكترونى يكونوا أكثر عرضة بنسبة 2.6 إلى 4.5 لمشاكل نفسية وسلوكية وتناول المخدرات من أولئك الذين يعانون من التحرش العادى التقليدي، ووجدوا أيضاً أن هذه المشاكل أكثر شيوعاً لدى المراهقين الذين قليلاً ما يتناولون وجبات عائلية، مما يشير إلى أن التواصل الأسري يقلل من بعض الآثار النفسية المؤلمة من التحرش الإلكترونى. يقول القائم على هذه الدراسة د.فرانك إلجر أستاذ فى قسم الطب النفسي جامعة ماكجيل، كلية الطب فى كندا "من الضرورى والمحتم البحث في سبل لدعم المراهقين الذين يعانون من التحرش الإلكترونى، لأن واحد من كل خمسة مراهقين يعانى من التحرش عبر الانترنت، ولأن كثير من المراهقين يستخدمون وسائل التواصل الاجتماعى، فأصبح من الصعب لدي أولياء الأمور والمعلّمين تتبع التحرش والإيذاء الإلكتروني، لذلك من المهم وضع أسس لحماية الشباب الذين يتعرضون لتلك الأنواع من الايذاء".وقد حذر د.فرانك من التهاون بهذه الدراسة، مضيفا أن الوجبات العائلية هى إحدى الطرق للدعم المعنوى للمراهقين . وأضاف : "إن النتائج مبشرّة، ولكن على الرغم من ذلك لا نود التهاون عما توصّلنا اليه، حيث أن العديد من المراهقين لا يتناولون وجبات عائلية بانتظام ولكن يتلقون الدعم من خلال مشاركة وجبات الإفطار على سبيل المثال، كما أن متابعة المراهقين ونشاطاتهم الإلكترونية قد يكون وسيلة للحد من الايذاء والتحرش الالكترونى بهم الذي من الصعب اكتشافه."
