شهدت ’هيوندايموتور‘ (Hyundai Motor Company)، شركة السيارات الأسرع نمواً من ناحية العلامة التجارية، ارتفاعاً كبيراً في قيمة علامتها التجارية بنسبة 20.5 بالمئة عن السنة السابقة لتصل إلى 9 مليارات دولار أمريكي هذا العام، مما منحها الترتيب الأعلى في تاريخها عند المركز الـ43 ضمن لائحة ’أفضل 100 علامةتجارية دولية لسنة 2013‘ (2013 Best 100 Global Brands) من شركة ’إنتربراند‘ (Interbrand) المتخصّصة باستشارات العلامات التجارية.


وجاء تصنيف ’هيونداي‘، التي يتم إدراجها ضمن لائحة ’أفضل 100 علامةتجارية دولية‘ لتسع سنوات متتالية، ضمن أول خمسين شركة للمرّة الأولى هذه السنة. ومنذ انضمامها إلى اللائحة في المركز 84 في 2005، شهدت ’هيونداي‘ نمواً منتظماً من ناحية قيمة العلامة التجارية والترتيب ضمن اللائحة على حد سواء. ولقد نمت قيمة علامتها التجارية بنسبة 160 بالمئة فيما ارتفع ترتيبها 41 نقطة منذ العام 2005.


وزادت قيمة علامة’هيوندايموتور‘ التجارية بنسبة 96 بالمئة بشكل خاص خلال السنوات الخمس الماضية، وهو رقم يزيد بأكثر من الضعف عن معدّل هذا القطاع البالغ نحو 42 بالمئة. ولقد ارتفع الرقم بما يزيد عن 20 بالمئة كل سنة بعد إعلان الشركة عن التحوّل في إدارة العلامة التجارية سنة 2011، مما يشير إلى نجاح توجّه ’الفخامة العصرية‘ الذي تعتمده العلامة التجارية حالياً.

سجّلت ’هيونداي‘ أفضل مبيعات لها في كامل منطقة الشرق الأوسط سنة 2012 حيث باعت 305,800 مركبة محقّقة زيادة قدرها 7.7 بالمئة. كما تميّزت السنة بتسجيل رقم مهم آخر هو بيع المصنّع الكوري للمركبة رقم مليونين في المنطقة منذ أن بدأت عملية التصدير إلى الشرق الأوسط في 1976.


وقادت الطرازات الفاخرة، ’سنتينيال‘ و’جنيسيس‘، الزيادة القياسية في مبيعات ’هيونداي‘ لسنة 2012 حيث تم تحقيق زيادة في المبيعات بنسبة 244 بالمئة و31 بالمئة على التوالي. وكان طراز ’أكسنت‘ الأفضل مبيعاً مع تسليم 75,133 سيارة منه، ليتبعه طراز ’إلنترا‘. أما مجموعة المركبات الرياضية متعدّدة المهام SUV (’توكسون‘، ’سانتا في‘ و’فيراكروز‘) فقد كان أداؤها قوياً أيضاً وبيع منها أكثر من 60,500 مركبة.
