مثيرات البكاء

1- الخلوة الصالحة في أوقات إجابة الدعاء:

فالخلوة الصالحة هي خليلة الصالحين والعبّاد وكل قلب يفتقر إلى خلوة، وأنا هنا أنعتها بالصالحة وهي الخلوة التي يقصدها المرء بنية التعبد لله والخلوص له سبحانه وتعالى قال الله سبحانه: { وَاذْكُرِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ وَتَبَتَّلْ إِلَيْهِ تَبْتِيلاً }..

وهذه الخلوة الصالحة يكون فيها التدبر في شأن الإنسان وحاله مع ربه، ويكون فيها محاسبة المرء لنفسه، وتكون فيها المصارحة والمكاشفة بين كل امرئ وقلبه، فيعرف مقامه وتقصيره وكم هو مذنب وعندها يسارع إلى الاستغفار والبكاء من خشيته سبحانه.

2- الإنصات والتدبر للتذكرة والموعظة:

فكم من كلمة طيبة كانت سببا في تغيير حياة إنسان من الغفلة إلى الاستقامة، وقد حذر العلماء من إغفال التذكرة وعدم التأثر بها لأنها من علامات قسوة القلب كما في حديث العرباض بن سارية قال: "وعظنا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم موعظة سالت منها العيون ووجلت منها القلوب..." (أخرجه أحمد والترمذي).


3- محاسبة النفس ومخاطبتها:

يتحسر المسلم يوم يذكر طاعة لم يتمها، وخيرا لم يشارك فيه، ويوم يمر عليه وقت لا يذكر الله تعالى فيه.
فينظر إلى كل جارحة من جوارحه ويخاطبها:

كم من ذنب شاركت فيه؟

وكم من طاعة قصرت عنها؟

وكم من توبة تمنعت عنها؟

وكم من استغفار غفلت عنه؟

.. ويذكر قول الله تعالى: {حَتَّى إِذَا مَا جَاءُوهَا شَهِدَ عَلَيْهِمْ سَمْعُهُمْ وَأَبْصَارُهُمْ وَجُلُودُهُم بِمَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ . وَقَالُوا لِجُلُودِهِمْ لِمَ شَهِدتُّمْ عَلَيْنَا قَالُوا أَنطَقَنَا اللهُ الَّذِي أَنطَقَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ } [ فصلت ] .

4- كثرة ذكر الله :

لما شكا بعضهم لشيخه قسوة قلبه فقال له :أذب قسوة قلبك بكثرة الذكر.
يقول ابن القيم رحمه الله : ( صدأ القلب بأمرين : بالغفلة والذنب ، وجلاؤه بشيئين بالاستغفار والذكر ...)..

البكاء و الإخلاص

تساؤل يثار كثيرا حول الموقف من البكاء أمام الناس وفي حضرتهم رغم ما يمكن أن يكتنف هذا من التماس ببعض شبهات المراءاة للناس وتصوير النفس بالخشوع والتقوى، فكثير من الناس يمتنعون عن ذلك البكاء ولا يبدونه مهما كانت الأحوال مخافة الاتهام بالرياء أو مخافة مداخلة النفس العجب.

وعلى جانب آخر يرى البعض أن البكاء في المجالس وفى المواعظ شيء طبيعي لأصحاب القلوب الرقيقة لا يمكن إنكاره أو اتهام صاحبه بسوء نية، فما هو الموقف الصائب إذن؟.

الناظر إلى أحوال السلف الصالح من الصحابة والتابعين ومن تابعهم ونهج نهجهم من علماء الأمة ليرى بوضوح أن البكاء كان سمة مميزة لهم -كما سبق أن بينا
ولكن هناك أيضا من الآثار ما حض على إخفاء ذلك البكاء وجعله في الخلوة ومنفردا فقط:
قال سفيان بن عيينة: "اكتم حسناتك كما تكتم سيئاتك"

وخلاصة القول في ذلك أن يعلم الإنسان نفسه البكاء من خشية الله وعند سماع الموعظة والذكر والتذكرة وعند محاسبته لنفسه أو غير ذلك، والأصل في البكاء أن يكون في الوحدة ومنفردا وفي الخلوات، ولكن إذا كان المرء بين الناس وغلبه البكاء فلا شيء في ذلك أبدا إذا اطمأن من نفسه الصدق والإخلاص بل إن ذلك كان حال الصالحين.
