تعريف الترمادول
الترامادول هو احد مشتقات المورفين يستخدم كقاتل للالم فى حالات الالام الحادة والمزمنة مثل الالام ما بعد الجراحة والالام السرطانية .
واستعمال الترامادول ارتبط بالرغبة الملحة وسلوك مدمني المخدرات لطلب العقار والتعود عليه، .
هل الترامادول يسبب الادمان ؟
نعم الترامادول كما سبق وذكرنا انة احد مشتقات المورفين وعند تناولة باستمرار يوقف الافراز الطبيعى لمادة الاندورفين التى يفرزها الجسم لمقاومة الالم وبالتالى عند ايقاف الترامادول لا يتحمل الجسم الالم وبالتالى يجبر المريض على تناول الترامادول مرة اخرى فيعتمد علية جسديا ونفسيا وهذا هو الادمان .
بعض الشباب اعتادوا على استعمال جرعات من ترامادول لعلاج سرعة القذف مما قد يؤدي إلى خطر حدوث الاعتماد والإدمان عليه .

بالطبع نعم فمن اعراضة الجانبية البسيطة صداع, غثيان, دوار اما الاضرار الخطيرة فهى التشنجات, صعوبة التنفس , خلل وظائف الكبد وبعد الادمان علية يحدث تلف فى خلايا المخ , خلل فى وظائف الكلى , خلل فى الرؤية , فقدان الشهية , التصرفات غير المحسوبة التى تسبب بالطبع مشاكل اجتماعية خطيرة , الضعف الجنسى الحاد الذى يصعب علاجة, الخمول وعدم القدرة على العمل او المذاكرة, الاكتئاب الشديد .
الدواء لا يمكن استعماله أثناء الحمل لأنه يسبب مشاكل عديدة للجنين مثل التشنجات أعراض الإنسحاب أو الوفاة كذلك لا يجب أن يستعمل أثناء الحمل او الرضاعة .
الترامادول قد يسبب التعود و يحتاج المريض إلي زيادة الجرعة بشكل مستمر للحصول علي التأثير المطلوب.
