قانون حقوق الإنسان لم يترك ثغرة إلا وقد غطاها أو وضع لها حداً ومن ضمن ما وضع في مادة حقوق الإنسان هي "الوزن الأقصى لحقائب السفر" التي يحملها المسافر على متن الطائرات..كان في السابق يحمل المسافر حقائب كبيرة جداً يعجز شخص واحد عن حملها..وقد يتساءل القارئ عن دخل وزن الحقائب في حقوق الإنسان؟ المعروف أن في مطارات أوروبا لا تجد عاملاً يحمل لك حقيبتك كما هو مُعتاد في البلاد العربية فأنت ترى خاصة في دول الخليج صفوف الحمالين بزيهم الموحد يقفون صفوفاً في انتظار راكب يستعين بهم لحمل حقائبه ولا ترى ذلك في دول الغرب حيث أن كل راكب يحمل من الأمتعة ما يحتاجه فقط في سفرته لبلدة غير بلده وبذلك تكون حقائبه صغيرة يتمكن من سحبها أو حملها بنفسه.
والسؤال هنا وما دخل ذلك القرار بثقل الحقائب؟ والجواب هو "من أجل عدم تحميل الإنسان ما لايطيق" من حمل الأثقال. وسؤال آخر علينا نحن الإجابة عنه لماذا نكدس حقائب سفرنا بما نحتاجه وما لا نحتاجه فنحن نعتقد بأننا سننقل كل ما نستعمله في بيوتنا من أشياء مُعتقدين أننا سنحتاجها وفي الواقع لم ولن نجد الوقت الكافي لاستعمالها وتبقى غالباً داخل الحقائب، و بالإضافة لما تسوقناه من هدايا و غيرها تُضيف وزناً زائداً على ما لدينا وقد نضيف حقائب أخرى لتتسع لما جمعناه في سفرنا وإن كان من باب الذكرى وما أكثر ذكرياتنا في تجوالنا في بلاد غير بلادنا فلكل يوم جديد في حياتنا ذكريات وكل بلد نزوره طعم مختلف عن أي بلد آخر..فأرض الله واسعة وجميلة وطبيعتها ساحرة في أغلب الأماكن ولو تمكنا من حمل تلك الطبيعة ما توانينا لحظة واحدة ولكن للأسف لا يمكننا سوى حمل أحلى ذكريات نخزنها في كاميراتنا الرائعة المُسعفة دائما أو في جوالاتنا .
من الجيد أن قانون الطائرات يضع حداً للوجبة التي سيقدمها للمسافر تتضمن الكمية الضرورية التي يحتاجها ليتناولها خلال سفره فهي تكفي المسافر بين السماء والأرض وبذلك لن تُتخمه وتُحمله مالا يُطيق. وإن سُمح للمسافر بالطائرة أن يحضر طعامه معه ستتحول الطائرة إلى مطاعم متعددة قد يقوم البعض فيها خاصة "الكرماء" من العالم العربي بدعوة من يجاورهم في المقاعد لوليمة مكونة من ألذ أنواع الأطعمة مما لذ وطاب وسنغادر الطائرة ونحن نعاني من تخمة.
الشيء الرائع أن لجنة حقوق الإنسان لا يحق لها أن تضع حداً معيناً لذاكرتنا وذكرياتنا وما تحمله من كم هائل من الذكريات التي يمكن تدوينها وما لا يمكن تدوينه ولا حشو حقائبنا وما بقي إلا الذكريات فما أكثرها وأجملها من ذكريات.
