أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال لبلال بن الحارث اعلم قال : ما أعلم يا رسول الله ؟ قال

إنه من أحيا سنة من سنتي قد أميتت بعدي فإن له من الأجر مثل من عمل بها من

غير أن ينقص من أجورهم شيئا ومن ابتدع بدعة ضلالة لا يرضاها الله ورسوله كان عليه

مثل آثام من عمل بها لا ينقص ذلك من أوزار الناس ( في رواية من آثام الناس ) شيئا

ومن فوائد الإلتزام بالسنه :

-الوصول الى درجة المحبه - محبة الله لعبده - ( ... فاتبعوني يحببكم الله ...)

-جبر النقص الحاصل في الفرائض

-العصمة من الوقوع في البدعه

-انه من تعظيم شعائر الله

1- سجود التلاوه

2- الجلوس عند الشرب

3- السواك عند كل صلاه

4- المضمضة بعد شرب اللبن

5- قيام الليل

6- السلام على الصبيان

6- التيامن وخاصة عند لبس الثوب والنعل

7- التزاور في الله

8- الوقوف تحت المطر عند نزوله

9- صوم يوم عرفه لغير الحاج

10- محاسبة النفس

11- نفض الفراش عند النوم

12- صلاة الضحى

13- الستره في الصلاه

14- الوتر

15- الإضطجاع على الشق الأيمن بعد سنة الفجر ثم يصلي الفرض

16- مسح العينين باليد عند الإستيقاظ من النوم

17- صلاة ركعتين قبل فريضة المغرب والعشاء

18- التشهد بعد الوضوء والنظر الى السماء

19- لعق الأصبع بعد انتهاء الأكل

20- الوضوء قبل النوم

21- قراءة سورة الجمعه والمنافقون أو سورة السجده والإنسان في

فجر يوم الجمعه
