للشاي الأخضر فوائد صحية جعلت من الشاي الأخضر أفضل شراب على الإطلاق من الناحية الصحية ، ومن الفوائد:

1- يساعد على حرق الدهون.

2- يساعد على تسريع عملية الايض؛ لأن تأثيره المضاد للأكسدة يساعد الكبد على أداء وظيفته بشكل أكثر فعالية.
