الفحم المضغوط

مميزات الفحم المضغوط:
يمتاز بأنة سريع الاشتعال، لا يعتمد في صناعتة على اى مواد كيماوية يمكن ان تضر بالبيئة، لا ينتج عنة دخان ولا تصدر عنة رائحة وبالتالى لا يضر البيئة، يساعد البيئة المحيطة على التخلص من مخلفاتها حيث يعتمد في صناعتة على نشارة الخشب وبعد من اجزاء الفحم الاخر الغير مستخدمة.
مساحة المشروع:
يجب توفير مساحة حوالي 400 متر مربع ويجب احاطتها بالاسوار كما يجب تجهيز معدات خرسانية بها لتحميل المعدات عليها، ويجب ايضاً توفير المصادر الخدمية بها مثل المياة والتهوية والكهرباء والصرف.
مراحل انتاج الفحم المضغوط:
1- طجن المخلفات الناتجة عن عمليات هز الفحم الطبيعي الغير مستخدمة وتحويلها الى مسحوق ناعم.
2- خلط جميع المواد الداخلة في الصناعة وتثبيتها وجعلها اكثر امتزاجاً.
3- عملية الكبس.
4- عملية التجفيف في ايام الشتاء فقط.
المعدات اللازمة لانتاج الفحم المضغوط:
تحتاج العمليات السابق ذكرها الى خط انتاج يتكون من مطحنة، خلاطة، مكبس طاقتة الانتاجية 2 طن يومياً، مجفف وتكلف سعر الخط بالكامل حوالى 5 الاف دولار من المصانع المحلية وقد تزيد قليلاً كما يمكن التعامل مع الشركات التى تستوردة من الخارج.
العمالة اللازمة:
لكي تشغل المعدات السابق ذكرها فإنك ستحتاج الى مجموعة من العمال الحرفيين وقد يبلغ عددهم 6 عمال ويتم توزيعهم على الاعمال المختلفة، ويعملون وردية واحدة في اليوم ومدتها 8 ساعات فقط على ان يكون هناك يوم راحة في الاسبوع.
منتجات المشروع:
تتمثل منتجات المشروع في الفحم المضغوط المستخدم في اعمال التدفئة والشواء والبخور، ويمكن تعبئة في اكياس مقواة او شكائر بلاستيكية سعة 5 و 10 و 20 كيلو جرام ويكون مطبوع عليها اسم المنتج، ويتم التوريد للجهات التى تحتاج الىكميات كبيرة بدون تغليف.
تسويق الفحم المضغوط:
- تسويق للمطاعم وهم شريحة كبيرة جداً ويمكن ان يستهلكوا الكثير من انتاجك.
- تسويق الى محلات السوبر ماركت في الاكياس ذات الاوزان السابق ذكرها لبيعها للافراد العاديين.
- عمل حملات اعلانية على الانترنت والصحف المقرؤة وانتظار طلبات الشراء من العملاء.
- التعامل مع تجار الجملة وبأسعار اقل بالطبع من اسعار بيع التجزئة.
