ماذا تعرف عن فوائد الفلفل الأسود؟

- يقي من الاورام السرطانيه حيث ثبت ان العنصر الموجود في الفلفل الاسود الذي يسبب العطس يزيد من الخصائص المقاومه للسرطان, ويعتبر مزيج الفلفل الاسود والكركم من اقوي مضادات السرطان, واثبتت الدراسات الحديثه ان استخدام مزيج الكركم والفلفل الاسود في الوجبات اليوميه يساعد في القضاء علي خلايا سرطان الثدي,

- يساعد علي امتصاص العناصر الغذائيه, يحتوي الفلفل الاسود علي مواد تساعد علي امتصاص العناصر الغذائيه كالسلينيوم وفيتامين b والبيتاكاروتين,
