اكثر من 9 سنوات من الخبرة في تدريب الموظفات بالشركات والبنوك والمنظمات وكذلك تقديم الاستشارات التدريبية على الصعيدين المحلي والإقليمي , قامت من خلالها بتصميم العديد من البرامج التدريبية التي تتناسب مع الخلفية الثقافية للموظفات بدول الخليج العربي لتطوير مهاراتهن في كل المستويات الإدارية والتي تمتد من مديرات المناطق ومديرات الفروع ومديرات العمليات والمشرفات وصولا الى الخطوط الامامية والكول سنتر وموظفات البيع عبر الهاتف . وقد قدمت اكثر من 75 ورشة عمل تدريبية مليئة بالانشطة والألعاب التدريبية التي تهدف الى تعلم المهارات العملية مثل مهارات التعامل مع الاخرين والقيادة وتنظيم المشاريع و التسويق والبيع وكذلك خدمة العملاء المتميزة -كما انها لديها القدرة على التعامل مع جميع المستويات الإدارية وكذلك جميع الخفيات الاجتماعية والثقافية

Who is Mai?
More than 10 years of progressive hands-on experience in Performance development including Training, Coaching and consulting. She has trained and consulted large number of entrepreneurs & organizations female employees. Both locally and regionally, to improve their business skills in both Arabic and English, developed to match the cultural and environmental background of her audiences. Also, she experiences stretches from Management level right down to frontline sales and customer service executives through middle managers and supervisors. She is adaptable and motivator trainer, possessing excellent communication skills. She also delivers over 75 practical, highly energetic training workshops and programs each year on interpersonal skills, leadership, entrepreneurship, customer service and marketing and sales skills. She has the ability to listen, empathize and get on well with people at all levels and from all social and cultural backgrounds. MAI has been awarded by STC for her outstanding performance in training project of Social Responsibility courses in 2015.
