برنامج المقاولات و مشروعات البناء
يعمل نظم المقاولات وفقا للاسس المحاسبيه السليمه المتبعه فى ضوء معايير المحاسبه الدوليه والمصريه والمتعلقه بمحاسبة العقود والانشاء .ويتكون برنامج المقاولات من الشاشات الرئيسيه التاليه:

شاشة المشروعات:

من خلال شاشة المشروعات يتم ادخال تعريف المشروعات على النظام وادخالها من حيث اسم المشروع وملاكه ومدراءه وخلافه. كما تتيح الشاشه امكانية تصميم عروض اسعار بالبنود والاسعار أو عطاءات للمشروع وفقا لبنود كراسة الشروط .

شاشة البيانات الاساسيه:

من خلال شاشة البيانات الاساسيه يتم تعريف النظام بملاك المشاريع ومقاولى الباطن وكذلك الخصومات والاضافات التى تتم على المستخلصات سواء كانت مستخلصات مالكين او مستخلصات مقاولى الباطن مثل خصومات تأمين الاعمال والدفعه المقدمه وخلافه.

مستخلصات مقاولى الباطن:

ومن خلال شاشة مستخلصات مقاولى الباطن يتم انشاء مستخلصات لمقاولى الباطن مقابل نسب الاتمام للاعمال الموكله لهم وفقا لشروط التعاقد .حيث يتم اختيار مقاول الباطن والمشروع ومن ثم ادراج بيانات المستخلص ويقوم النظام اتوماتيكيا بخصم تامينات الاعمال وضرائب المنبع وبنود الخصم الاخرى والمعرفه بشكل مسبق على النظام .وفى النهايه تتم ترجمة المستخلص فى شكل قيد يوميه فى برنامج الحسابات العامه.

مستخلصات المالكين:

من خلال شاشة مستخلصات المالكين يتم انشاء المستخلصات المقدمه لمالك المشروع بنسبة اتمام بنود المشروع وفقا للتعاقد وكراسة الشروط .ويمكن عمل مستخلص لكل بند على حدا او مستخلص مجمع لمجموعة بنود وبعد ادراج بيانات المستخلص ويقوم النظام اتوماتيكيا بخصم تامينات الاعمال وضرائب المنبع وبنود الخصم الاخرى والمعرفه بشكل مسبق على النظام .وفى النهايه تتم ترجمة المستخلص فى شكل قيد يوميه فى برنامج الحسابات العامه.



يقدم برنامج المقاولات مجموعه من التقارير التحليليه عن اتمام المشروعات وتكاليفها ومجموعات تقارير عن المقاولين ومستخلصاتهم وكشوف حسابات مستقله لتوضيح موقف كل مقاول.

نظام الرقابه الداخليه:

يقوم برنامج المقاولات على اساس نظام الرقابه الداخليه عن طريق نظام صلاحيات المستخدمين وصلاحيات الاضطلاع على التقارير الماليه المتعلقه بالنشاط.

يتضمن برنامج المقاولات نظام ادارى ومحاسبي متكامل لكافة الانشطه والحركات فى شركات المقاولات .
