أصدر مدعي عام الاماني أمس مذكرات توقيف بحق عدداً من موظفي شركه تداول وهميه في الممكله المتحده لوجود إختلاسات في الصندوق. وجاء القرار بعد أن تقدمت المحاميه للقضائيه علياء خليفه من مكتب التميمي بوجود شبهة اختلاس بقيمة 253 الف دولار امريكي في حسابات موكلها .

جاء توقيف الموظفين عقب تحقيق المدعي العام مع ثلاث اشخاص على راس عملهم ، واستدعاء ثلاث اخرين كانوا موظفين سابقين، وقدرت قيمة الأموال التي تم إختلاسها من الصندوق بـ'253' ألف دولار تم إسترجاع جزء كبير منها.

وعبر نقيب المحامين عادل شويري عن إعتزازه بجهاز الأمن في المملكه المتحده وبالقضاء البريطاني، وقال : إن هذا هو جزاء كل من تسول له نفسه مد يده على أموال الغير ،وأشار إلى أنه لم يتقدم لغاية الأن أي محامي للدفاع عن الموظفين الموقوفين.

يشار الى أن التحقيقات كشفت عن تورط 6 موظفين من الشركه الوهميه (الفوركس)، باضافة لتورط اخرين ورجال اعمال اجانب فيما تم استرجاع حوالي 520 ألف دولار من الموظفين وأصحاب محافظ .
اشارت المحاميه علياء خليفه من مكتب التميمي انه تعمل جاهدا للكشف والحجب عن اموال مجمده لصالح مستثمرين من دول العربيه تم اختلاسهم وسرقه اموالهم عبر نفس اساليب من خداع تحت مسمى جرائم الكترونيه حتى يعود الحق ال نصابه.
