كلنا لدينا أصدقاء صح ؟ ونضعهم في قائمة الأسماء لكي نراسلهم من فترة إلى أخرى ، اعتقد وصلك أيميل يحوي على عدد المستقبلين وتظهر إيميلاتهم جميعهم أمامك !! ماذا لو أضفت إيميل شخص قريب لك من الأهل ؟ سيظهر إيميله للجميع وبالتالي تذهب الخصوصية

ناهيك عن من يقوم من المستقبلين لهذا الأيميل بإعادة إرساله لأصدقائه هو الآخر بما فيه من إيميلات المستقبلين كلهم !! ستذهب الخصوصية في الموضوع و ينتشر إيميلك و إيميلات الآخرين بكل سهولة وبالتالي ستصلك رسائل سبام من كل مكان دون علمك !! هذا ما أقصده بظهور إيميلات الجميع لدى المستقبل وهنا تكون أهمية خانات CC و BCC ..

هى اختصار لكلمة Carbon Copy أو نسخة كربونية، حيث يتم وضع بعض الأشخاص بها، لكنهم ليسوا الأشخاص الأساسيين الذين يتم إرسال الرسالة لهم، ولكنهم يحصلون على نسخة منها، والتى يمكن استخدامها عند رغبتك فى معرفة بعض الأشخاص أنك قمت بإرسال هذه الرسالة لشخص معين، وهو الشخص الذى يوجد بريده الإلكترونى فى خانة To، ويمكن للأخرين الرد على نفس الرسالة، وفتح محادثة جماعية فيما بينهم
